What You’ll Do
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will:
Drive New Business: Use direct methods (calls, meetings) and indirect approaches (networking) to identify, engage, and secure new clients.
Own the Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales journey, from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless transitions to delivery teams.
Develop High-Value Partnerships: Secure enterprise-level deals that expand our market share and presence in North America.
Promote Products & Solutions: Actively sell our XR and IoT offerings, representing CAD-IT at Siemens events, trade shows, and conferences.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Represent customer interests internally, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships.
Analyse & Adapt: Report on market trends, competitors, and sales performance to inform strategies and adapt to changing conditions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Business Unit Heads and other CAD-IT departments to ensure alignment and success.
Build Rapport: Establish and nurture relationships with customers and internal teams to identify a strategic roadmap for sales.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of our products.
Relationship building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Account Reviews: Conduct regular account reviews to demonstrate value and ROI to clients.
Upselling: Proactively upsell SLM and PLM products and services to existing clients.
Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate, focusing on enhancing the overall customer journey.
About You
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with:
Proven Sales Success: A strong background in technical sales, particularly in software products, with a track record of achieving and exceeding quotas.
Enterprise Sales Expertise: Experience in acquiring and managing enterprise-level accounts, directly or through partners and networks.
Process-Driven Approach: A KPI-focused mindset and a structured method for achieving results.
Customer-Centric Focus: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to tailor approaches for diverse audiences.
Experience: Proven experience in managing corporate accounts, with demonstrated success in winning new business.
Interpersonal Skills: A natural proclivity for building rapport, strong relationships and collaboration with customers, internal teams and external partners.
Innovative Thinking: A creative, motivated attitude with a passion for selling and building meaningful connections.
