Sales Executive
£20,000 - £25,000 + £10,000 OTE / West Malling, Kent / Hybrid / Permanent
My client, a leader in their field, is looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales environment and will hold excellent relationship-building skills.
Duties:
1. Managing an existing account portfolio to exceed target growth
2. Setting and conducting telephone/video meetings with existing clients
3. Developing long-term relationships with existing clients, upselling and cross-selling
4. Working towards KPIs and ensuring existing clients hit their growth potential
5. General administration duties
Essential Skillset:
1. A minimum of 1 year's experience in B2B or B2C sales
2. A proven sales track record
3. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
4. Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Package:
1. Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
2. An OTE up to £10,000 per annum
3. Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
4. 25 days holiday + bank holidays
5. Hybrid working
