Your new role
1. Leading the L&D function within the company
2. Developing and implementing L&D plans
3. Supporting on generalist HR function when required
4. Facilitating meetings
5. Driving performance processes
What you'll need to succeed
1. A level 5 CIPD qualification or higher
2. Proven L&D experience
3. Passion for L&D as a field
4. Experience using LMS systems
5. A proactive mindset
6. Ability to comfortably deliver training in person when required
