You would be responsible for; To Provide 1st & 2nd (when necessary) line support to the firms end users logging via Service Desk application. To ensure the Firm's I.T. infrastructure functions smoothly both in London and the branch offices Therefore, they are looking for someone with experience with the following; Experience of working in a Service Desk environment Experience of using a Service Desk ticketing application Excellent communication skills - fluent in English both reading and writing Basic understanding of a computer network Windows 10/11 experience/exposure Office 365 support skills Azure Active Directory support skills Experience in mobile telecommunications IT Service Desk Support Analyst
