We are partnering with ACEPP, an industrial technology consulting firm that has served clients in the nuclear, civil, military, and naval sectors for over 25 years. ACEPP is part of HEVERETT Group, an ISO 9001 certified company employing 150 team members globally.
ACEPP recently opened a UK subsidiary in Bristol as part of its international expansion. They are now seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team and contribute to their development in the UK.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a vital role in the company's development. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive recruitment solutions, ensuring that hiring processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with ACEPP's strategic ambition.
You will create, define, and implement the recruitment strategy while working closely with the UK managing director and the management team. You will work across the business to meet resource needs at all levels, drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, and build a strong talent pipeline. In addition, you’ll lead key recruitment projects and initiatives to ensure systems and processes are optimised for success.
You will report directly to the UK managing director and the group HR director in France.
Responsibilities
* Recruitment experience within engineering or tech (nuclear, civil, military, and naval sectors).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to coach and advise managers in recruitment best practices.
* Experience in promoting diversity and ensuring compliance with Equality & Diversity policies.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Responsible for sourcing and attracting the very best talent through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, direct sourcing/headhunting on job boards, advert responses, etc.
* Alongside senior managers, draft role profiles for vacancies and agree on appropriate sourcing selection strategies.
* Drive direct hires through networking, direct approaches, referrals, advertising and other tools as required.
* Conduct interviews at all levels, from initial telephone calls to face-to-face interviews.
* Write job adverts to be posted across all streams and social media.
* A good command of French is desired but not mandatory.
