The Role:
We are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Sous Chef to join our kitchen team as soon as possible.
Main responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef
* Maintain high standards of hygiene
* Assist with ordering and stock control
* Assist in seasonal menu development
Requirements:
* At least one year’s experience
