We’re looking for a talented, target-driven experienced Sales Executive for our market-leading Aerospace & Industrial Forging client in Sheffield!
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of component forging sales (open & closed die) – nickel alloy, titanium, stainless steel & carbon alloy. This is a dynamic office-based role with a mix of new business generation – converting sales enquiries into orders, winning new business & developing key accounts.
You will be responsible for:
• Achieving & exceeding personal & company targets.
• Negotiating with customers on price, delivery & specifications.
• Challenge & overcome objections to persuade customers to buy.
• Generating business through the conversion of enquiries into orders & the promotion of the company in the marketplace.
• Developing key accounts & customer partnerships along with maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Maximising profit & added value opportunities.
You will need experience of:
• Previous component forging sales.
• Generating enquiries, providing estimates & producing quotations.
• Developing a customer base & maintaining customer records.
• Liaising with customers, production control & order progression.
• Undertaking sales order review procedures.
• Canvassing / cold calling.
