The Customer Support Apprenticeship Programme: Year 1: Training at a private local engineering provider with relevant qualification units delivered and assessed. Years 2-3: Training delivered and assessed within Safran, requiring a Level 3 Diploma. Apprentices will work in different departments based on training needs. What will I be doing? Dealing with internal and external customers, providing product knowledge and support to resolve service issues with airlines and operators. Producing, reviewing, and updating technical documentation for various products. Forecasting spares demand using statistical analysis and integrating market intelligence. Conducting data analysis to identify concerns and propose improvements to avoid product shortages. This role provides a strong foundation in the Customer Support Centre, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and ensuring customer support throughout the product lifecycle. What do I need?
