* Sous Chef
* £33,000 per annum
* Monday-Friday hours
* No weekend work

The Job Role:
* Sous Chef for a large prestigious independent school
* Part of a large team of 10 chefs working under a very experienced, high quality Chef Manager
* Catering for student dining and fine dining events of the highest calibre.
* Help with both internal and external hospitality.
* A Monday - Friday role with occasional evenings - No weekend work
* Produce high quality food from locally sourced seasonal produce.
The Requirements:
* A chef with a passion for producing the best quality food with top quality fresh ingredients
* Open to a variety of backgrounds including Education, B&I, hotels or restaurants.
* Must have worked within high volume at some point through their career
* Sous Chef that is wanting to progress their future and grow as a team and as an individual
