Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to analysing market trends and customer needs, ensuring that our offerings align with client expectations. Proficiency in Mandarin and experience with Salesforce will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Discuss customer requirements and provide expert advice on product/service capabilities.
Quotation & Deal Closure: Deliver pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and payment plans; coordinate logistics/installation if required.
Account Management: Conduct follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat orders.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and propose product/service improvements.
Sales Operations: Maintain accurate sales records and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Core Skills:
Bilingual proficiency (English & Mandarin) for contract negotiations.
Expertise in sales cycle management (quoting, delivery, payment tracking).
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
Target-driven with resilience and self-motivation.
Willingness to travel or work flexible hours.
