Headley Prefessional Recruitment are working with a 5* Housebuilder who have a fantastic brand, product specification, marketing support and significant pipeline of impressive developments.\n\nTo be a success in this role, you will be an experienced New Homes Sales Executive who is onboard to cover for Holiday Cover within the North East Region.\n\nIn addition to the basic salary, my client will pay you a guaranteed monthly payment of £600 as this role at times covers other locations in the region.\n\nMy client also prides itself on personal developemnt plans for each employee to fulfill career ambitions.\n\nJob Role:\n\nYou will be based at one of the regional developments and then be required to work from another development to cover holidays. All mileage is paid.\n\nTo secure and progress reservations through to completion, whilst providing 5* customer service and ensuring KPI’s are achieved.\n\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\n\nEffective delivery of sales targets: Deliver KPI targets, including but not limited to:\n\nReservations, Price performance, Days to exchange, Legal completions\n\nManage negotiations to achieve sales targets with a focus on price improvement\n\nEnsure all sales that are using schemes are managed appropriately\n\nDeliver 5* customer service and experience:\n\nProvide an excellent customer journey experience to all customers to achieve 5* HBF status excellent Trustpilot reviews, and at least a pass from a mystery shop assessment\n\nRecognise customer profiles to tailor your approach and build rapport\n\nProvide knowledgeable information and thorough show home demonstrations\n\nEstablish customer requirements, needs, and wants to provide relevant information\n\nProvide and explain all relevant information to customers including plans, products, pricing etc. Ensuring that the information is up to date and fully understood, whilst managing customer expectations\n\nMaintain contact with customers on a regular basis, focusing on ensuring an excellent customer journey and providing progress updates\n\nUndertake customer choices and extras appointments\n\nRespond to customer enquiries, questions, and concerns in line with the customer journey\n\nProvide knowledgeable and informative new home demonstrations and handovers\n\nRepresent and deliver the companies high-quality standards:\n\nPromote the products and homes, highlighting features, benefits and USPs\n\nCarry out regular plot checks to identify and report quality and presentation concerns to site team and management to maintain quality standards\n\nRegularly review and maintain site and show home presentation standards and highlight to management any areas requiring improvement\n\nTake part in weekly site and sales team meetings to discuss presentation standards and actions to take\n\nProudly represent and promote the company values to all customers and colleagues\n\nProvide accurate and timely information and data to customers and colleagues:\n\nProvide accurate and up to date information, with all customer journey information recorded on the CRM system\n\nAccurately explain working drawings and plans\n\nLiaise and communicate effectively with external bodies such as solicitors and financial advisers to achieve exchange targets\n\nConduct regular meetings with Site and Sales Managers to ensure processes run smoothly and issues are highlighted, actioned, and resolved\n\nProvide handover documentation to customers including adherence to company policy and procedures\n\nConduct and provide competitor report monthly, on time and accurately\n\nProvide Comms and Marketing with customer stories and feedback from marketing campaigns\n\nCompliance with training and regulatory bodies:\n\nPro-actively complete all required training within set timescales\n\nUnderstand and adhere to relevant industry regulations\n\nTake responsibility for own learning, ensuring evidence of learning is recorded and saved\n\nIdentify own areas of improvement and highlight to management\n\nPro-actively participate in training sessions\n\nMentor and guide Trainee Sales Executives\n\nUnderstand and adhere to Health and Safety requirements and expectations\n\nKey Attributes\n\nExperience managing a new build development and working to targets\n\nExcellent sales and communication skills\n\nHigh standards of presentation\n\nKnowledge of the conveyancing process and a proven history working with solicitors and financial advisors\n\nEffective negotiation skills\n\nProactive, professional, and self- driven\n\nExcellent demonstration skills and knowledge\n\nAbility to work independently\n\nAbility to be an effective team player\n\nProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets whilst managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment\n\nDesirable:\n\nAbility to adapt to change and a willingness to make suggestions for business improvement\n\nA flexible approach to working days/ hours to meet the needs of the business\n\nConfident training new starters and trainees\n\nExperience\n\nPrevious experience working in the new build industry and managing a new home development\n\nExperience of selling off plan\n\nGood literacy, numeracy, and IT skills\n\nGood knowledge of the local market\n\nFull UK driving licence and own transport\n\nIf you feel you have the required experience, professionalism and drive to be a success in this role, please APPLY TODAY
