Job Description
We are recruiting for a new opening of a boutique venue in Devon for an organised and experienced Head / Exec Head Chef. This role will require you to oversee the teams in two small restaurants while still being hands on in the kitchen when needed.
You will be responsible for the full management of the kitchen including creating menus, health and safety management, staff recruitment, training and management and all financial management in kitchen.
You will have access to a lovely kitchen garden as well as the local farms for your meat.
The kitchen is totally open, with packages for guests to include cooking activities in the kitchen, so you will need to be a people focused person who enjoys interacting with guests.
