A proven track record of building rapport and achieving KPIs. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively. A collaborative attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer journeys. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. A proactive mindset—always looking for ways to go the extra mile. Regularly communicate with instructors via phone to understand their needs and address any concerns. Accurately maintain account records, including notes on instructor goals, feedback, and potential opportunities. Promote the app and its features, ensuring instructors know how to leverage it for their success. Assign and sell in driving courses or services to instructors.
