Salary: £31,000, plus overtime and service charge
Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
13. To confidently lead and manage the team with a hands on approach in the absence of the Bar and Restaurant Manager
14. To consistently monitor the practice of all SOPs and requirements across the Bar and Restaurant, including opening and closing schedules
15. Daily reporting and monitoring of revenue forecast versus actual sales
16. To liaise with Cellar Manager and BOH Manager to ensure drinks stocks are always maintained and rotated
17. To assist with the coordination of internal and external stock audits
18. Ensuring all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to
19. Assisting with the induction of new team members
20. To attend new menu tastings, offering constructive input
21. Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory role, working in a members' facility (desirable)
22. Personal Licence (desirable)
23. Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
24. Experience using at least one EPOS system for ordering and reconciliation
25. Strong leadership skills
26. Excellent communication skills
27. Takes initiative and demonstrates high level of organisation
28. Supportive team player
