Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety. Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation. Contribute to menu planning and development. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role. Level 2 Food Hygiene certification. City and Guilds 706/2 or NVQ in Professional Cookery. Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
