The company are a Financial Services provider, so they are ideally looking for someone with experience within a regulated environment. Specific responsibilities of the role will include: Handling customer complaints in a timely manner in line with FCA regulations Ensuring satisfactory customer outcomes Communicating effectively with customers ensuring they are kept informed throughout the complaint process Following the process through to resolution Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements relating to complaint handling Keeping accurate customer contact records To be considered for this role, you will need: Previous complaints handling experience, ideally within a regulated environment Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to use judgement to make sound decisions Proactive, able to work effectively under pressure and use initiative Time management and prioritisation skills Due to company location, you will need your own transport.
