As a Generator Product Specialist you’ll deliver excellent customer service, improve account health and drive operational efficiencies. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scale export products. As part of stepping into this exciting role, you’ll receive support and development from the team to hone your skills and learn the ropes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer service: Deliver expert customer service via phone and email, driving operational improvements for export customers through technical support, problem resolution, and system enhancement, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
* Export Operations: Manage the comprehensive technical operations of export propositions, ensuring seamless functionality, accurate billing, industry compliance, and data integrity across all systems.
* Internal Collaboration & Compliance: Drive operational efficiency and compliance through effective internal collaboration, system testing, and adherence to industry regulations and GDPR.
* External Collaboration: Drive operational excellence and improve customer experiences by collaborating with and influencing external industry partners, managing industry changes, and optimising CRM functionality and onboarding processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
* Customer Service and Energy Industry Experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
* A can-do attitude, eager to problem solve and be straight talking
* Highly organised, able to prioritise and have exceptional attention to detail
* Comfortable with learning new skills, systems and processes to stay ahead of industry trends
* Adaptable to volume and pace of acquisitions and priorities
Desirables:
* Experience with Feed-in Tariff
* Knowledge of Export Products
* Sound understanding of energy efficiency and benefits of renewables
* Experience using a variety of CRMs and Data Reporting Systems
* Experience of Energy Industry Operations
