Work Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm on a Friday Salary guide: £25,000 to £28,000 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown Access to a pension scheme Performance related bonus scheme between £1000 and £4000 per year Sales Executive Responsibilities: Build a healthy sales pipeline by maintaining regular contact and proactively reaching out to existing customers to identify further opportunities Own and make a success of your sales pipeline by following up on quotations and incoming enquiries, successfully closing sales and maximising existing accounts Strategically approach sales through clever sales initiatives and marketing activity, using the CRM to your advantage Liaise with potential customers, turning enquiries into face-to-face appointments and resulting in sales Work in collaboration with the marketing team to promote new products, active promotions, and surveys Maintain the CRM database, updating it with all relevant sales activity and diarising follow-up calls with prospective customers Report to the Sales Manager, sharing feedback and insights, and providing reports on all activity Sales Executive Skills and Experience: Experience gained within a sales environment, either as a Sales Administrator who is looking for the next step up, or as a Telesales or Sales Executive looking for a new challenge Confident identifying new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities and happy to target customers Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate yourself and demonstrate a confident and professional telephone manner Warm and upbeat in your approach, yet tenacious and motivated Can pick things up quickly and is able to understand and translate technical terms Demonstrates a stable career to date and keen to progress Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages and CRM databases
