Job Description
An Interim Recruitment Manager to:
1. Lead and manage a small team of recruitment administrators
2. Oversee the team's day-to-day work ensuring SLA's are met
3. Enhance recruitment practices and implement policies and procedures
4. Ensure the team delivers an outstanding recruitment service to the wider organisation
5. Liaise with managers and support on their recruitment needs, JD's, and queries
6. Respond to job applications and lead on some end-to-end recruitment
7. Ensure standardisation of recruitment processes
8. Develop and maintain a partnership with the wider organisation
9. Provide regular updates and reports
10. Ensure right to work checks and compliance are carried out
The Successful Applicant
An Interim Recruitment Manager with:
1. Line management experience essential
2. Higher education experience essential
3. NHS, public or not-for-profit experience desirable
