As a Mortgage Sales Executive, we are looking for someone to:
1. Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information.
2. Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
3. Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the brokers and in terms of the market, helping the account managers to identify new opportunities.
4. Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
5. Present a professional image of the company to deliver a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.
6. Manage new/existing relationships, promoting the company's products and services to immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners.
Qualifications
Essential
1. Mortgage Experience is a must.
2. Telephony Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
3. Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls and managing inboxes/emails.
4. Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
5. Strong objection handling and problem solving skills.
