Reporting to the Partnerships Team Manager, you will be responsible primarily for converting inbound leads received from our various existing & new Partnerships into completed sales applications, progressing them through the internal process, and liaising with the Partner Team Manager on the status/progress of these. In addition, there will be a small degree of report generation and data compilation.
PLEASE NOTE - This role is based in Crewe - you must be within a commutable distance to be considered.
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Converting inbound leads into completed sales applications
2. Liaising with Partnerships Team Manager on the status & progress of these inbound leads
3. Liaising with colleagues & Internal Teams
4. Some reporting and data interaction/summarizing
Qualifications & Specialist Training Required:
1. Qualified to GCSE (or higher)
2. Minimum 1 year working in a Sales, Channel Sales, or related Sales role (Direct or Telesales)
Experience Required:

1. Sales-centric focus and interest in Business Development
2. Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Flexible to accommodate and prioritize occasional short notice requests
5. Be part of a Team and collaborate with colleagues in a modern office environment
6. Interest in and/or experience of Sales/Selling (either face to face or over the phone)
7. Represent and reflect the values of Radius
8. Comfortable talking on the phone/video calls
9. Organized & able to dynamically prioritize workload
10. A background in the fuel or payments industry is welcomed, but certainly not essential
