Position : Sous Chef Job Details : Cardiff & County Club Job Type: Contract 40hrs per week Salary £31,200.00 Plus Generous Annual Bonus Permanent This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous chef with a true passion for food to join our team, pastry skills are preferred but not essential. Must have a minimum of 2 Years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie. The Cardiff & County Club is a private Members Club located in the centre of the city on Westgate Street. We are open for lunch Monday to Saturday and some Sundays with occasional evening functions. In this r le you will take on all aspects of the kitchen management, assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. Stock Control. Invoicing. Health & Safety. Create Menus Daily. Ensure the kitchen cleanliness is maintained. Running the pass for lunch service.
