An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef with 4 years' experience to join a well-established and award-winning family restaurant, with a relaxed pub atmosphere.
This role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 for a 50 - 55 hours work week, working Wednesday to Sunday with 1 night off.
As a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef, you will be a key part of the kitchen team, supporting in food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Deputy Chef, Second Chef, Senior Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
2. At least 4 years of experience.
3. Possess level 3 qualifications in Food and hygiene.
4. Ideally have Michelin or Rosette experience.
5. Valid UK driving licence.
