The Role: My client based in Tipton are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive to join their successful and vibrant Sales and Customer Service department due to continued growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our continued growth and client retention. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and introduce our full range of products. Support the Sales Manager and Managing Director with quotes, appointments, samples, and credit applications. Actively participate in trade shows. Cold call potential new customers to uncover new business opportunities. Cross-sell and up-sell products. Conduct monthly retention calls, focusing on zero spend accounts and significant drop-offs. Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed customer data. Perform regular competitor and market research, suggesting follow-up promotions. Process orders during busy periods or to cover holidays. Manage and maintain customer accounts with full autonomy. Key Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills. Confidentiality and professionalism. Proven sales experience. Commitment to customer satisfaction. High level of customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude. Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:15pm Friday: 8:00am to 3:30pm or 8:30am to 4:00pm Requirements: Full clean driving licence. Previous sales experience.
