Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. Lead and motivate the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Oversee food inventory and ensure proper stock levels. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume catering or corporate environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Creative and innovative approach to menu development. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
