As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you will: Work closely with clients to ensure that they get the best out of their software (via phone, email, live chat). You will receive and manage tickets, resolving and raising them accordingly. Develop user guides, training materials, and FAQs to enhance the customer onboarding and support experience. Share feedback with the Customer Success Manager, ensuring customer feedback is taken onboard to improve products.
