Assistant Recruitment Manager £40k per annum / Bonus Scheme OTE up to £50k Colchester (Hybrid role) Permanent / Full Time Benefits: Pension scheme, death in service of two times annual salary and 28 days holiday including BH, free car parking, Heath care, Gym Membership Job Summary: As an Internal Assistant Recruitment Manager, for this leading finance company, you will be responsible for all recruitment needs, managing campaigns and ensuring relevant and eye-catching adverts, marketing activities and outbound resourcing methods are in place to create the needed volume of application to generate quality placements. Key responsibilities: Creating innovative recruitment campaigns - enhancing market presence as a key focus. Ensuring hiring processes and interviews processes are clear and effective Working alongside HR and Line Managers to ensure operational efficiency for new starters. Promote and build constructive and productive working relationships with internal management. Manage and administer a diverse range of candidate attraction methods. Working closely with group marketing managers to create effective digital marketing campaigns utilising the internal Tracker database with the aim of generating a volume of relevant candidate applications. Deliver against specific recruitment vacancy targets within the specified time frames Regularly review recruitment processes and systems to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible. Manage the Tracker document archives ensuring all outbound documents and content is up to date relevant and meets agreed guidelines. Continuously monitor incoming application rates and candidate quality against live vacancies and communicating effectively with suitable candidates as required. Manage the Tracker candidate database to create suitable candidate pools for future recruitment campaign needs, ensuring data is clean and free from duplication. Ensure recruitment team is continuously ranking and cleansing their own applicants on a daily basis. Your Background & Skill: Proven general standard of education, GCSE's (A-C) including Maths/English or equivalent Must be highly computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, Power Point, and all relevant databases. Proven ability to work with internal & external stakeholders Ability to use good research and consultation skills to develop information and proposals. Ability to provide creative solutions to complex and sensitive recruitment issues. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work proactively without supervision Analytical thinking and problem solving at a detailed level Strong facilitation skills Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.
