Starting immediately, this full-time role offers the opportunity to inspire and nurture students' creativity in the field of performing arts. The ideal Drama Teacher will have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a passion for teaching Drama at secondary level. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and innovative Drama lessons to students across KS3 and KS4. Develop and implement a creative curriculum that supports the artistic growth of all students. Encourage student participation in school productions, performances, and extracurricular activities. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development. Work collaboratively with the Performing Arts department to foster a vibrant learning environment. As a Drama Teacher, you will be a vital part of the school community, promoting the performing arts while ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Your role will also involve building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support student achievement.
