Head Chef for site in expanding restaurant group We have an amazing op portunity for the right candidate to join our team down on the quayside in Falmouth. We make dough fresh each day, top it with the best local ingredients and serve it alongside an incredible range of craft beer and cider. As head chef you will be responsible for running the back of house operations including stock control, recruitment, training and all aspects of Health and safety. Hours and working expectations - there's no two ways about it we are a seasonal business, however we do trade all year. Therefore the roll is full time 5 days a week to ensure the smooth running of all things back of house. Ahoy. We've moored ourselves right at the heart of Falmouth's beautiful Custom House Quay, in the Old Custom House itself. Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling harbour, there are views of the water from just about every table, as well as tonnes of outside waterfront seating.
