About the Company - We are currently working with a leading professional services firm who pride themselves in having a dedicated Financial Services Reward team providing reward solutions to a variety of UK and non UK FS clients. This expanding team is currently seeking a talented and driven reward specialist who would enjoy being part of this growing business, getting involved in business development, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. About the Role - This is a role for a Senior Reward Manager with previous financial services (FS) experience. Key responsibilities will include: Advising Remuneration Committees and management teams on reward strategy, shareholder consultation, corporate governance, pay regulation, ESG regulation and practices Assisting with drafting Directors Remuneration Reports Presenting reports and findings to senior executives in consultation with partners and directors and enabling clients to make informed decisions for their business Developing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders Designing new incentive plans as well as reviewing existing plans ensuring they are fit for purpose Pay and Benefits Benchmarking Assisting in the development of innovative solutions, opportunities for clients and being part of initiatives to bring those solutions to market Advising on technical issues and supporting the team’s knowledge management Advising on performance metrics including the use of ESG measures Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activity, products and services Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Economics, finance, mathematics, business, statistics. Previous experience that demonstrates strong technical and client service skills as well as strong business development acumen. Experience of advising Financial Services firms on reward matters and experience advising Remunerations Committees in the capacity as an external consultant or in house essential.
