The Person The successful Sous Chef will have the following: Experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment, ideally at AA rosette level Classically trained Keen interest in whole fish filleting, meat butchery, fresh soups and stocks The ability to learn and retain knowledge and skills to run your own section Strong leader Personable and team player High attention to detail and organised Passionate about fresh food and menu design/seasonal specials A true interest to work in a fresh food kitchen to a premium level Be local or have own transport is a must as the pub If you are a Sous Chef looking for an exciting new role, apply now AMRT1_UKCT
