Vehicle B2B/ Fleet Sales Executive Required
* Head Office based in Canterbury
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm
* 100% Field Based & No Weekends
* £25k Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
* Position available due to retirement

Our client is a leading main dealership in Canterbury, and they're looking for a Vehicle B2B/ Fleet Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium automotive brand, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to our business customers.
What You'll Do:
1. Generate Fleet Sales: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local businesses and corporate clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Provide Expert Advice: Understand clients' fleet requirements and offer tailored solutions from our range of vehicles and services.
3. Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
4. Build Long-Term Relationships: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing a seamless and professional service, from initial contact to aftersales support.
5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the wider sales team and other departments to optimize customer experience.
6. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, industry news, and product knowledge to maintain your competitive edge.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in an automotive setting.
2. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Drive: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
4. Knowledge: Understanding of fleet financing options and fleet management solutions is desirable.
5. Flexibility: Full UK driving license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
6. Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
