As a result of securing new contracts, McCrae Training is looking for additional Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Main Purpose of Role
The job role holder is required to operate within our sales team working closely with our Business Development Manager. The main purpose of the role is to maximise profitability across all income streams through the acquisition of new business, as well as sustaining and developing our current customer base, whilst operating against sales targets.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Co-ordinate company sales pipeline to generate leads, track opportunities, and complete sales on a continual basis.
* Responsible for client service approach for clients under the direction of the Business Development Manager.
* Ensure key account management of allocated clients and their portfolios.
* Required to generate outbound cold calling (proactive) client enquiries and new business generation and conducting telephone calls with current and new clients.
* Effectively process inbound (reactive) client inquiries and sales bookings.
* Accountable for the full client service process, from securing the business to administering the booking and joining instructions.
* Work closely with other Sales Executives to ensure processes and procedures are followed and quality maintained.
* Accurately track & report monthly sales performance statistics against targets KPIs.
* Maintaining databases, client account information, and CRM systems in line with the Company's ISO quality management system.
* Effectively and proactively maintain client relationships inclusive of any unforeseen delays and positive outcomes.
* Secure business on a continual basis to maintain sustained company growth.
* Contribute to company profitability and performance targets.
* Contribute to and achieve individual targets based on KPIs which are commission driven.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
* Must have 3 to 5 Years Sales experience – with B2B experience essential
* Knowledge and experience in operating CRM systems
* Client service-focused, positive & helpful attitude
* Adaptability / Flexibility to reprioritise workload to meet business KPIs
* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office365
* Ability to work under own initiative.
* Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
* Bonus scheme - Based on meeting / exceeding targets. Bonus: OTE £4800 per year
