Senior Sous Chef. A fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel for a Senior Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade, you will assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the fine dining restaurant. You must have worked to multi-rosette level or Michelin in a quality 4 or 5* hotel/restaurant. You will be a talented and confident leader who can deputise for the Head Chef.

The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs and run the kitchen in his absence.
* Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
* Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service.
* Strong management skills.
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef in a luxury 4* or 5* hotel or high-end restaurant.
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
* Have experience of working to 3AA rosette or Michelin level.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ambitious and career-oriented.
