Description
As a HR Generalist you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports.Profile
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in HR generalist roles, preferably in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
