What does this role involve? You will be joining a dedicated Service Desk team working in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be helping colleagues across the group to resolve technical issues. You will be required to engage with your customers, providing face to face and remote support. You will have a strong customer-oriented outlook with demonstratable experience with the desire to resolve issues quickly. You will provide a professional service and take ownership of your ticket to resolution. Who are we looking for? Your excellent organisational and prioritisation skills will enable you to build strong relationships as you resolve IT issues in a timely manner. To be successful in the role, you will ideally have knowledge and experience of the following: Office 365. Apple products. MS operating systems. Laptops, screens, docking stations, printers and other peripherals. Password resets and other administrative tasks. You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern. This includes: 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00 & 11:00-20:00.
