My client, anindependently owned 4-star Hotel, require a Sous Chef to join their team.
A Cornwall hotel that has been independently owned for the last 50 years, located in the heart of Cornwall - making my client the ideal base for exploring the picturesque views Cornwall offers. The essence of hospitality blended with sophistication and originality truly sets the charming Hotel apart from any other Cornwall hotel.
The Sous Chef role offers:-
* Competitive salary of between £34,00pa and £36,000pa

The ideal Sous Chef candidate will:-
* Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
* Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff. Leads the kitchen team in Head chef's absence.
* Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
* Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
* Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains your team to learn new cooking techniques.
