LSH Auto is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to purchase their next new vehicle, showcasing your expertise and enthusiasm for our automotive offerings.
As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the vehicle selection process while achieving your sales targets. Your passion for cars and dedication to customer service will drive our success.
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £25,400 plus uncapped OTE plus company car
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to identify their automotive needs and suggest suitable new cars.
2. Demonstrate vehicles and lead customers through test drives.
3. Close sales by negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
4. Stay updated on new model features, promotions, and incentives.
5. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
4. Driven by targets and motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
5. Full UK driving licence.
6. A genuine interest in new cars and the automotive industry.
