Are you an experienced Sales Advisor seeking a new role on an well placed, exclusive development in Dunfermline? We are looking for a driven self-starter to take ownership of the delivery of a first-class customer experience to all customers and clients associated with the purchase of a new home for an existing strong development in Dunfermline. The key objective of this role is to ensure the greatest customer experience for clients from engagement to post-handover, and every stage in between. Key Responsibilities of the role include: Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process. Be the constant point of reference for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale. Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines. Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time-frames. Ensure that market research, price bench-marking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets for the development. Proactively search for target customers and create appointments, follow-up leads to ensure that sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required. Undertake inspections and introduce the customer to their new home, ensure familiarisation, and ensure the ‘after care’ of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date. Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site against legal requirements and company policy. Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual. We are keen to hear from individuals who can showcase the following skillset. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Experience in new build housing sales. Experience with providing a high level of customer service. Excellent diary & time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Good organisational and strong administrative skills. Candidates will require a drivers licence for this role, and a flexible approach to weekend working as the standard working hours will be 10:30am – 5:30pm Thursday – Monday to coincide with peak footfall patterns.
