Your responsibilities include preparing dishes to specifications, ensuring all prep and par are completed for each shift, and helping customers leave satisfied with their experience.

* Annual salary up to £42,000

What you'll bring
* Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef aiming to step into a Head Chef role
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good kitchen skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* A proactive work ethic, leading from the front and maintaining high standards
* Ability to manage through KPIs, including labour, stock, and food safety
* Experience reporting on metrics like GPs, labour, and food prep
* Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen teams, including apprentices and junior chefs
