Sous Chef - New Milton

We are looking for an experienced sous chef to join us at The Rising Sun ready for spring/summer season. We require someone with experience in a busy seasonal site, covering up to 300 covers a day in high season. We have a large kitchen and separate pizza kitchen in the garden, so experience working with pizza is an advantage.
This is a large site, seating 150 inside and 260 external covers. You will be working with our very experienced head chef, our junior sous chef, 3 experienced CDP'S and 2 kitchen assistants.
Live in available for the right candidate, in shared accommodation above the pub.
