About the IT Department:
All of Jigsaw's essential services rely on quality information, systems and technology supported by the 50 members of the IT department. Working to a brand-new IT Strategy, the team has exciting challenges like enabling colleagues to work effectively from anywhere, automating processes and improving digital services for our customers, whilst always improving security.
The team is also innovating in its ways of working, ensuring transparency, a keen focus on outcomes and faster delivery of benefits to the business.
Role Information:
We seek a skilled and dynamic Digital Training Manager to oversee the design, development and delivery of all IT and digital training programmes that align with Jigsaw’s digital goals and support staff development in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
The role requires expertise in training management and the ability to manage all proactive IT-related communications across the organisation.
The Digital Training Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to identify IT and digital training needs, develop competency frameworks, and implement effective learning solutions through face-to-face learning, virtual learning environments, e-learning modules, and other digital platforms.
As a Digital Training Manager, you will be critical in driving digital literacy and IT skill development across Jigsaw Housing Group, ensuring that our workforce is future-ready in a world increasingly relying on digital tools and technologies. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with professional growth and development opportunities.
The salary is circa £45,000 per annum subject to experience.
