Senior EPRR Training Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the nations health. As a Senior EPRR Training Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of cutting-edge EPRR training programmes, blending online and face-to-face sessions tailored to healthcare professionals. Whilst in post, you will lead complex projects encompassing the development and delivery of health focused EPRR training, which will include both online and face to face activities. This will require frequent travel throughout the UK to attend meetings and to deliver exercise and training events. You will be: Required to demonstrate substantial experience of education and training in the adult learning sector and in leading and managing complex education, training, or learning programmes. You must hold a teaching/training qualification at Level 5 or above and have significant recent experience in training adults. Occasionally, the role will require international travel for emergency preparedness exercise and training events, which will require a flexible approach to working hours. Minimum teaching/training qualification at Level 5 Experience of managing teaching/training provision for adult learners. Experience of management, planning, designing, delivery, and evaluation of training/education. Effective communicator, both verbally and in written form. Experience of communicating with and presenting to diverse audiences with a range of learning needs. Experience of internal and external stakeholder management. Flexible approach to working arrangements and able to work away from home; including possession of a current passport or wiliness to obtain one, and able to travel by air to international events. The interview will be in two parts. One part will be a microteach. You will teach a topic to a group of UKHSA colleagues. At least two observers will be present and will provide an evaluation of your session for discussion. The other part will be a Success Profiles interview, with a panel. For the microteach, you will be given advance notice of the topic and teaching arrangements, if selected for stage 2.
