Yeomans Nissan Portsmouth are looking to recruit Sales Executives to join our busy team ahead of their move to a brand-new state of the art facility early 2025. This will be the flagship site in our Nissan portfolio.
No previous car sales experience necessary as full training will be provided. You must have previous experience dealing directly with customers in a face to face or telephonic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* To build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Nissan vehicle range, features and accessories to be able to effectively communicate the benefits to our customers.
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities and new product launches.
* Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure compliance and a seamless customer experience.
Skills and Experience
* Experience working within a sales or customer service environment.
* Commercially minded with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively face to face, over the phone and via email.
* Full UK driving licence.
