Job Responsibilities
As a Heating and Renewables Technical Sales Executive at Boxt, you will be a key driver in building customer relationships, generating sales, and contributing to the company's success.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
2. Engaging with customers through calls, emails, and live chat, providing tailored solutions in a prompt and efficient manner.
3. Confidently presenting and selling all Boxt product offerings, including Boilers, Solar, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, and EV solutions.
4. Effectively communicating the value of our products and services to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
5. Collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth integration of feedback.
6. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system.
7. Staying informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to ensure Boxt maintains a competitive edge.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of success.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
3. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer information, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
4. Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. The ability to adapt sales tactics based on customer feedback and changing market demands.
6. IT literate, with proficiency in mainstream systems (Excel, Email, Word).
7. Highly organised, with a systematic approach to managing workloads and a keen attention to detail.
8. Active listening skills and a sound knowledge of general office systems, including digital filing.
Desirable:
1. Experience with industry-specific sales practices and familiarity with the technology sector.
