Our client, a well-established steel stockholder in Ipswich, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Steel Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with new and existing clients to develop strong business relationships.
2. Provide quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts efficiently.
3. Handle customer enquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
4. Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in the metals industry essential.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
Package & Benefits:
1. Office-based role: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
