Your Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Lead and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Develop and create new menus and seasonal dishes, showcasing your culinary expertise. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations. Oversee stock control and ordering, minimizing waste while maximizing quality. Train and mentor junior chefs, helping to develop their skills and career progression. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality multi rosette kitchen. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. - Passion for food and a keen eye for detail in presentation and flavor. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of current food trends and techniques.
