Purpose of the Role
Join the Learning & Development team as the Learning & Development Manager where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the strategic delivery of impactful learning programmes that align with Bentley's goals. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, your main responsibilities include:
1. Leading the development and delivery of Colleague, Manager, and Compliance learning programmes, ensuring alignment with Bentley's strategic transformation objectives.
2. Collaborating with senior leaders and technical experts to design and implement high-quality, relevant training solutions that address key business needs and skill requirements.
3. Managing relationships with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external partners, leveraging industry-specific insights to drive effective learning interventions.
4. Overseeing the prioritisation and execution of technical skills development programmes, ensuring that colleagues receive the right training at the right time to build capability across the organisation.
5. Designing and managing evaluation processes to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
6. Leading the procurement and supplier management process to ensure the onboarding of quality learning partners and the effective delivery of programmes on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
7. Driving the successful implementation and governance of learning programmes, managing risks and resolving challenges related to programme delivery.

The Learning & Development team is a dynamic and collaborative function that plays a critical role in driving Bentley's transformation and growth. Our team works closely with senior leadership and subject matter experts to curate and deliver learning initiatives that not only develop technical expertise but also foster leadership and compliance capabilities across the business. About You - Skills and Experience
1. Extensive experience in Learning & Development, particularly in designing and delivering both physical and digital training programmes across multiple business functions.
2. Proven track record in aligning learning strategies with business transformation objectives and long-term organisational goals.
3. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners.
4. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional learning initiatives from design through to successful implementation.
5. Experience in procurement and supplier management, including the evaluation and selection of external partners.
6. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as SuccessFactors (preferred), and a strong understanding of learning design and evaluation processes.
7. Fluency in German (preferred).
