Apprentice Customer Support Centre Operative
Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU
Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
* 2 Year Fixed Term Apprenticeship

We’re currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Customer Support Centre Operative; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients. As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient. You will answer telephone calls from both internal/external customers, contractors, suppliers, and other Apleona sections as well as recording work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems. In addition, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and perform various administration tasks as required.
As an Apprentice Apleona Customer Support Centre Operative, we’re looking for:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking
* Ability to use computers to a good level for Word, Excel, and Outlook
