Key responsibilities include ensuring food safety, managing kitchen staff, and developing menus. A passion for great food, natural leadership, and excellent communication skills are required. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience at a minimum of Sous Chef level in a fresh food restaurant and is flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure food safety and maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating
* Train and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food

* Provide regular feedback and identify areas for improvement
